Ingredients: 32 strawberries 11 grams fresh medium cheese, softened 3 tablespoons powdered sugar 1 / 4 teaspoon almond extract 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate cheese Directions: Cut a thin slice from stem end of each strawberry so the berries to stay standing. Place cut side down on a serving platter. Cut each into 4 wedges, but not through the floor. Fan wedges slightly. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and almond extract in a bowl on medium speed until light andsoft. Times in chocolate. Spoon into a pastry bag fitted with large star tip. The tube of cream cheese mixture in center of each berry. Chill until serving. Its Tip: A zip-top plastic bag can be used in place of a pastry bag. Cut a corner of the bag to form a small hole. Spoon cream cheese mixture and gently press the plastic to fill the mixture through the small hole in the middle of strawberry flowers. A Microplane grater / Zester works well for the grated chocolate. Find inDIY stores, or washing dishes.
